1. Create an account

Click here to create an account through the online Tenney webshop. You can also log in to your existing account here as well.

2. Purchase your lift ticket(s)

Add the lift ticket product(s) you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will need to assign a cardholder to each lift ticket product you are purchasing.

3. Purchase or reload an RFID card

There is a $6 media fee to print a new Tenney RFID card. If you already have a Tenney RFID card, use the RELOAD CODE on the back of your card to reload your pass online.

4. Pick up your ticket, or go directly to the lift

You can pick up your lift ticket at the pickup boxes located at the mountain. If you reloaded your RFID card online, you can go directly to the lift.

Tenney Mountain does not sell out of lift tickets. The Flexible Lift Tickets can be used any single day we’re open for the current winter season.

All lift tickets are the same price for anyone between the ages of 6 and 79. Children who are 5 & under, or seniors who are 80 & over can ski for free at Tenney Mountain.

Although it may appear that the Advance Lift Ticket is sold out, this is because it is not purchasable within 48 hours of your selected date of skiing and riding. You can still purchase the Flexible Lift Ticket to ski/ride on your chosen date.

If you’ve purchased the Flexible Lift Ticket, you can simply come back another day during the season and use it then. If you’ve purchased the Advance Lift Ticket, there is a $15 upcharge to change the date of your lift ticket. All lift ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

After you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an online order voucher for your ticket. Attached to the voucher will be a QR code. You can bring this QR code to either the Pick-Up Boxes located in the Base Lodge lobby, or come to the ticketing desk if you run into any issues.

Yes, and we encourage all guests to SAVE and REUSE their Tenney Mountain RFID card for future uses and avoid the $6 media fee. Click here for more information on how to reload your RFID card online. You may also bring your RFID card to the ticketing desk if you need assistance.

Q.  Does Tenney Mountain sell out of lift tickets?

A. Tenney Mountain does not sell out of lift tickets. The Flexible Lift Ticket can be used on any single day we are open for the winter season. 

A. All lift tickets at Tenney Mountain are the same price, regardless of age or the day of the week. Children who are 5 & under, or seniors who are 80 & over can ski for free at Tenney Mountain.

A. Although it may appear that we are sold out of Advance Lift Tickets, this is because they are not purchasable within 48 hours of your selected sate of skiing and riding.

A. If you’ve purchased the Flexible Lift Ticket, you can bring your ticket voucher back to the mountain and use it any other day we’re open for the winter season. There is an upcharge of $15 if you are changing the date of your Advance Lift Ticket.

A. All lift ticket products need to be loaded onto an RFID card. If you do not have an existing Tenney Mountain RFID card, you will need to pay the $6 media fee to get one printed. We encourage you to SAVE and RELOAD your Tenney Mountain RFID card for future use.

Tenney Mountain offers two lift ticket options for the 2025/26 season:
 
  • Choose the Flexible One-Day Lift Ticket ($79) if you want the freedom to ski or ride any single day we’re open for the 2025/26 winter season — no need to select a date ahead of time. This is the perfect choice for those who prefer to keep their plans open or want to wait for the ideal snow conditions.
  • Choose the Advance One-Day Lift Ticket ($69) if you are ready to commit to a specific day of skiing or riding. Save $10 when purchasing your tickets online in advance. These lift tickets must be purchased at least 48 hours before your visit and are only valid on your selected date.
Tenney Mountain does not sell out of lift tickets. The Flexible One-Day Lift Ticket can be used on any one day we are open for the 2025/26 season. Although it may appear that we are sold out of Advance One-Day Lift Tickets, this is because they are not purchasable within 48 hours of your selected day of skiing & riding.
 
Date-specific tickets (Advance One-Day Lift Tickets) cannot be transferred to another date. Please choose your date carefully when you make your purchase. Tenney Mountain cannot guarantee snow conditions, weather, or the amount of open terrain on any given day. Conditions may vary due to natural factors beyond our control. All lift ticket purchases are final and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.
 
RFID card placement is important when scanning through the gates at each lift. Follow these simple rules for a smooth entrance through the gates:
  • Keep on Left Side: The reader panels are positioned on the left side of the gate.
  • Separate from Other Cards: Keep the pass in a pocket by itself (no other resort passes, hotel keys, or credit cards).
  • No Punch Holes: Do not punch holes in the RFID card, as this can damage the internal chip.
  • Pocket Only: The card does not need to be visible; keep it in a secure, zipped pocket.
All lift tickets are person-specific and must be used only by the assigned cardholder. Sharing or transferring daily lift tickets between individuals is not permitted. All ticket vouchers will expire at the end of the 2025/26 winter season. Any unused ticket vouchers will not be refunded.
 
There is a $6 media fee for those who do not already have a Tenney Mountain RFID card. We recommend you SAVE and REUSE your Tenney Mountain RFID card to avoid paying the $6 media fee multiple times.
 
When ordering a lift ticket online, you can skip the ticketing line and go directly to one of the Pick Up Boxes located in the main lobby of the Tenney Mountain base lodge. You can bring your order voucher either digitally or printed out to the Pick Up Box and scan your order voucher. Your lift ticket will print out, and you can go directly to the lift.
 
OFFSEASON UPDATE: Thank you all for a great 2025/26 winter season at Tenney Mountain! More information on lift tickets for the 2026/27 winter season will be available soon. Please note that any unused lift ticket vouchers from the 2025/26 winter season cannot be transferred to next winter.

OTHER LIFT TICKET OPTIONS

The following are our alternative lift ticket options for the 2025/26 winter season:
  • Half-Day Lift Tickets: These are offered at the ticketing desk only. It is $65 for a half-day ticket. The half-day lift tickets are valid from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM for the day you are purchasing them for.
  • Indy Pass Lift Tickets: Indy passholders can redeem an Indy Lift Ticket at the ticketing desk located inside the base lodge. There is no online reservation at Tenney Mountain for the Indy Pass. There is a $6 RFID card fee if you do not already have a Tenney RFID card.
  • Rope Tow Tickets: Tenney Mountain offers tickets that work for the Rope Tow only. These tickets will not work on either chairlift. It is $30 for a day ticket, which also works when the park is open at night. You can purchase rope tow tickets here.
    • PLEASE NOTE: The ticketing desk closes at 4:00 PM on nights when the terrain park is open. Please plan ahead or purchase your rope tow ticket online to access the park at night. Check our rope tow schedule by viewing our terrain park page.
    • PSU students and faculty who would like to use the rope tow can use a PSU lift ticket. PSU lift tickets can only be purchased at the ticketing desk, which closes at 4:00 PM. Please plan accordingly and get your lift ticket before the desk closes. Otherwise, you will need to pay for a full rope tow ticket. A QR code is located at the ticketing desk to purchase the Rope Tow ticket online.
 

HOW TO PURCHASE LIFT TICKETS ONLINE

Guests who already have a Tenney Mountain RFID card can REUSE and RELOAD a lift ticket product onto their RFID card. Reloading your RFID card online allows you to bypass the $6 media fee and skip the ticketing line and go directly to the lift for the day. If you do not already have an existing Tenney Mountain RFID card, you can either purchase one online or at the ticketing desk when you buy a lift ticket product.
STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT
If you do not already have an account for our online web store, you can click the following link to create an account. Please make sure to input the correct information for yourself and to remember your password for future purchases: https://tenney-mountain.axess.shop/en/account/RegisterPage
 
If you already have an account, but cannot remember your password, you can click the ‘Forgot Password’ button to reset your password. If you need additional help resetting your password, you can email or call our guest services team, and we will assist you.
STEP 2: ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
If you are only purchasing a lift ticket product for yourself or for another individual, you can skip this step. If you are purchasing tickets for multiple people, you will need to add their information separately.
    • Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your screen. You will see the option called ‘My Family’.
    • Once you are in the ‘My Family’ menu, you can click the ‘Add Person’ button.
    • Input the mandatory information and click ‘Save Changes’ when completed.
STEP 3: PURCHASE A LIFT TICKET PRODUCT
Once you have created an account through the Tenney Mountain web store, you can add a lift ticket product to your cart. Add the lift ticket product(s) you would like to purchase and continue to the Shopping Cart page.
 
Before you can proceed to checkout, you will first need to assign a ticket owner to each lift ticket in your cart. You will also have the option to buy a new RFID card, or reload an existing RFID card.
    • If you do not have a reloadable Tenney Mountain RFID card under your name, you will need to select the ‘Voucher’ option. This will add a $6 media fee to your purchase. Once you have a reloadable Tenney Mountain RFID card, you can reuse this card for future visits and avoid the $6 media fee.
    • If you have an existing Tenney Mountain RFID card under your name, you can select the ‘Load ticket’ option. It will prompt you to input a WTP number, which is the reload code located on the back of your Tenney Mountain RFID card.
STEP 4: PICK UP YOUR LIFT TICKET/GO DIRECTLY TO THE LIFT
After you have completed your purchase for your lift ticket product(s), you will be emailed a receipt. If you reloaded your lift ticket online, you can go directly to the lift gates; there’s no need to go inside unless you encounter an issue with your lift ticket at the RFID gates.
 
If you purchased your ticket(s) using the ‘Voucher’ option, you will also be emailed an order voucher. All order vouchers will have a QR code located in the top left corner. You can use this QR code to print your ticket at either the Pick Up Boxes located inside the base lodge or at the ticketing desk.
 
All RFID cards need to be placed in a LEFT SIDE jacket pocket. Keep your RFID card away from phones, wallets, or other RFID cards from different resorts. If possible, keep your RFID card in an isolated pocket without any other items.

Tenney Mountain Resort offers a fun and exciting tubing experience for visitors 5 years and older. The resort's tubing park features a large run and a platter lift that transports tubers back to the top of the hill. The run is groomed to perfection and offers a thrilling ride down the mountain.

Designed for 7 years old to 12 years old this program specializes in fun, mountain adventure, park and jumps with a strong focus on the foundational skills needed to become a lifelong skier or rider.

Half Day sessions run from 9:30 – 12pm or 1:00 – 3:30 and are available on Saturday, and Sundays and school vacation weeks.

Explore the terrain of Tenney Mountain at night! Our headlamp skiing tours offer groups of 1 to 4 people an opportunity to ski down Tenney Mountain in the dark. A guide will be present to lead your group down the mountain. Additional rates apply to add a person to your group.
