Riders must be at least 5 years old and 42″ tall to ride independently. Younger kids can ride tandem with an adult.
Arrive 15 minutes before your slot to park in the designated tubing park lot, and get your physical tickets at the tubing shack.
Your ticket is valid during your 2-hour window only. Tickets are date-specific – choose your ticket date carefully.
Strongly recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. Time slots are capacity-limited and Saturdays regularly sell out. Walk-up ticket sales are only accommodated if a slot has open availability left, which is rare on busy days.
All tubing ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded, transferred, cancelled or exchanged. You will not receive a refund if you cannot attend your selected tubing time slot.
All participants must be at least 5 years old and 42″ tall to ride independently. Younger children can ride tandem in a tube with a participating adult.
Yes – the Platter Pull and tubing lanes have no mobility restrictions, and we offer accessible tube seating. Ask our Guest Services team when you arrive so we can set you up.
Bring a snow jacket and snow pants, and wear multiple layers as you can always de-layer if it gets too hot. Bring gloves, warm socks, and a helmet if you have it. These items are also available for purchase in the Tenney Pro Shop if needed. We provide the tubes – you just need to dress for the weather.

With groomed lanes, a surface lift to bring you back up, and stunning mountain views, tubing is the perfect way to enjoy the snow without any experience necessary.
Important: Tubing sessions frequently sell out in advance. Please purchase your tubing tickets online before arriving and be sure to select the correct date and time for your visit, as tickets are valid only for the session you choose. Walk-up availability for tubing tickets is not guaranteed, and many sessions sell out in advance.
